We have design a Hospitality Partner proposal, is as under.
Deliverables from SVUM
- Status of official hospitality partner for the Show in Brochures, Banners, Hoardings & all.
- 18 meter stall.
- Logo in 3000 brochures.
- Logo in 100 Banners/posters/hoardings.
- Logo in 100000 invitation cards.
- Logo in national level magazine Advertisements.
- Logo in all display hoardings at show site.
- Preference to have personalized meeting with international delegates.
- Key person on Dias during show inaugural function.
- Name and logo in all email promotion.
- Name and logo in all social media promotion.
- Logo to be used in majority communication (participant promotion & visitor promotion) over next 6 months – approx. 2 lack EDMs.
- SVUM will carry out communication among participants (during their official visit for SVUM - 2023) for your hotel as a preferred stay location.
- 500 invitation cards.
- We May use approx 200/400 room nights as paid on very concessional rates offered by you.
- Privilege of food court.
Expectations from hospitality partner
- 2 conferences, one with approx 300 people and second approx 150 People at your hotel. – Inclusive of lunch or dinner and banquet hall with standard facilities.
- Complimentary rooms for guest of SVUM from date of Joining as partner to one year(10 rooms for 7 Nights) – total 70 room nights as per our request (incl. break-fast, + access to other facilities of hotel )
